CRM Specialist

Position Overview:

CU Engage's marketing team has a new position opening for CRM Specialist. This role is a full-time salary position and will report directly to the Marketing Manager. Saint Pete area preferred. Other considerations for highly qualified candidates.

This role is perfectly situated for those candidates who prefer to make a difference behind the scenes and in a more analytical role. The CRM Specialist should have experience with CRM platforms, building detailed workflows, automation, and supporting sales enablement.

 

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited to:

Marketing and Sales CRM Maintenance

This role will assist with the development of this platform Sales and Marketing CRM. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Development of workflows and automation
  • Dashboard reporting
  • Additional duties as assigned

Sales Enablement

Utilize analytics and engagement metrics to inform strategic content generation

  • Messaging analytics testing - generate message templates that convert
  • Build Landing Pages
  • A/B Testing landing pages
  • Write email templates for sales outreach
  • Stay on top of industry news and trends
  • Content generation
  • Engagement Analytics
  • Tracking Leads Generated
  • Contact pull
  • List management
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Engagement Support

  • Maintain data integrity
  • QA fielding - Be the expert
  • Best practices research
  • Audit and control

Required Skills:

  • HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs experience
  • Credit Union or Banking industry experience

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • 2+ years CRM experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects all at different phases at once
