IT Implementation Specialist

Overview:

CU Engage is seeking a contract-to-hire IT Implementation Specialist. This position directly supports our Operational Transformation and company growth objectives. An individual in this role will develop implementation project plans and scope of work for each implementation project. This includes managing multiple SaaS software implementation projects, software rationalization projects, executing on enterprise architecture strategy and collaborating on IT Security Policy and roll-out. The duties also include maintaining project documentation for key stakeholders, project team members, and leadership including meeting minutes, project schedules, status updates, and acceptance documentation. To be successful in this role, an IT Implementation Specialist will be able to work independently under general guidance, prioritize tasks and communicate well with superiors and team members. This role reports to the Principal director of Enterprise Architecture, Business Intelligence and IT Infrastructure. Preferred locations include Tampa, FL or Minneapolis, MN

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited to:

· Coordinate all technical and project management services for software implementation

· Manage projects, aligning business goals with software solutions to drive process improvements

· Develops and maintains implementation documentation and communicates status and concerns to Senior Managers, key stakeholders, project sponsors, and project team

· Perform data and business analysis and provide recommendations for data integrity and data normalization

· Understand and identify software functionality to support client business objectives and processes

· Responsible for the adherence to documented procedures for Implementations

· Support implementation, adoption and usage of new tools and processes

· Support creation of standard operating procedures

· Track, report, present and escalate project progress

· Direct Financial Industry experience

· Experience in project coordination or project management

· Availability to travel as needed for project success

Required Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline

· Requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience preferably services or financial industry

· Experience in working with solutions involving enterprise-grade software applications

· Project Management training or certificate a plus

· Business process consulting experience a plus

· Experience with Document Management, Project Management application, Sales CRM platforms, Quality Measurement, SharePoint, SQL and Office 365
